Does the product make a sound?

Yes, the book comes with a built in soundboard. You can turn the sound on and off using the switch at the back.

What if I have a real piano?

If you have a real piano, simply place the enclosed stickers onto the keys to create a scene that matches the story.

Is the product a replacement for piano lessons?

Piano Beach can be used as a primer course in piano. It will provide the same grounding as the first 3 - 6 months of piano lessons, depending on the age and stage of the student.

Does my kid need to read music to use Piano Beach?

No, Piano Beach uses coloured numbers only.

Does the product come with batteries?

The product comes with a single button battery which requires a screwdriver to remove and replace. Depending on how often the book is used, you should get months of use before the battery needs replacing.

Is the product made in Australia?

The ceramic artwork, photography, poetry and methods are all the work of Australians, but the product is manufactured in China.
